PLUSHBERRY IPA is west coast-style IPA with MOSAIC. For the latest in our Single Strain Series, we start with a clean West Coast-style IPA base profile with just a hint of crystal malt for color, a little CTZ hops for bitterness and then massive amounts of Mosaic hops to bring you big flavors of citrus, mango, pine and blueberry. Mosaic hops impart a sweet berry aroma, soft peach and pineapple flavors, a grapefruit pith bitterness, and a piney finish. Available in limited quantities at both Miramar and East Village starting February 22.
