Italian Holiday Dinner: 2015 Reserves Release
Gianni Buonomo Vintners invites you to share an evening featuring four Buonomo Reserve wines paired with a dining experience created by Chef Max Farina. These wines were all barrel aged for three years in French oak before being hand bottled and rested for one more year. Only one barrel was produced of each of these featured wines. Each wine is a straight varietal. 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2015 Petit Verdot Reserve 2015 Aglianico Reserve 2015 Cabernet Franc Reserve. This is a full-service, sit-down dinner in the barrel room so space is limited to only 42 guests. The reception starts at 6:30 pm with an amuse bouche and a white wine reception. Dinner begins at 7:00. Each guest receives reception wine and a 2-ounce pour of each of the four Reserves.
