Bluewater chefs inaugurate a new Second Tuesday Tasting tradition in April with a Louisiana-inspired menu of whole crawfish seasoned with Cajun sauces followed by Crawfish Gumbo, a limited-time, Southern version of Bluewater’s popular year-around Cioppino. To cool the authentic spices, bartenders will add a Sazerac or Gin Fizz, or a draft beer or house red or white wine.
