Creature Encounter
The ongoing "Kids at the Shoppes" program will get a little wild when Creature Encounters comes to The Shoppes at Carlsbad on Saturday, September 15 at 1 p.m. This FREE, hands-on, interactive and educational program with live snakes, lizards and other interesting reptiles will be presented by Zovargo, a San Diego-based animal conservation program. Wildlife Educators will deliver a show that will entertain and educate kids and parents alike all about amazing reptiles and offer unique opportunities for up close and personal interaction with several creatures. All kids are invited to participate in a free reptile-themed craft time after the show. Zovargo provides ongoing animal conservation and education presentations with live animal ambassadors, providing positive and unique interactions with animals.
