Thanksgiving Day Dinner
At KITCHEN 1540 Chef de Cuisine Collin Leaver, collaborating with L’Auberge Del Mar’s Executive Chef Nathan Lingle, will entertain guests who want to experience an exceptional Three-Course Prix Fixe Thanksgiving Dinner – featuring traditional and not-so-traditional gourmet dishes. Seasonal Starters are a choice of Red Crudo with fennel almond agrodolce; Butternut Bisque; Pears and Gorgonzola with kale, spinach and cranberry vinaigrette; or Potato Gnocchi with mushrooms. For the most delicious Entrees, the choice is among Heritage Turkey with accompaniments, Beef Tenderloin with roasted root vegetables and whipped potatoes, Arctic Char with parsley root puree and kabocha squash or Ravioli with heirloom vegetables. For the Sweets guests may opt for Goat Cheese Cheesecake with pumpkin butter, pepitas and bourbon caramel, Maple Pecan Cake with vanilla bean gelato or Dark Chocolate Tart with cinnamon sugared cranberries and honey whipped cream. Three-Course Dinner for $89 per adult guest; $25 for children (12 and under), excludes tax and gratuity.
