Kicking off summer pool season at Level Four is a rooftop Pig Roast hosted by Curadero. Executive Chef Brad Kraten is preparing a Mexican-style pig roast at Level Four, the Rooftop Pool Deck + Lounge on Hotel Palomar's 4th floor. The party starts on Saturday, May 26 at 1pm. Ticketholders will get a welcome drink to enjoy while noshing on all you can eat carnitas with all the taco fixings and rice and beans. You'll also be able to take a swong at a piñata while grazing poolside.
