KnB Cocktail Liberation Dinner
For one night only KnB Bistro in Del Cerro presents the KnB Cocktail Liberation Dinner, featuring the flavors of San Diego’s popular Liberty Call Distilling. Taking place at the restaurant and bottle shop, this prix fixe dinner will provide guests a communal dining experience amidst one of San Diego’s best bottle shops, craft cocktail pairings and new menu concepts from one of San Diego’s most respected farm-to-table chefs. Special guest chef Miguel Valdez (formerly of The Red Door) will create four courses to tantalize the palate and preview his future Liberty Call Distilling Kitchen menu. Each course will be paired with cocktails crafted by Liberty Call Distilling’s lead bartender Albert Allison using the distillery’s Blue Ridge 4-Grain Whiskey, Old Ironsides Single Malt, Gin and Spiced Rum. Liberty Call Distilling’s Head Fermentologist Addison Poth will guest host, educating and inspiring with insight into the distilling industry. The evening’s schedule is as follows: 7:00 p.m. Appetizers and Welcome Cocktail 7:30 p.m. Seated Gourmet dinner 8:30 p.m. Dessert, Coffee, Mingle 9:00 p.m. End Tickets are priced at $70 and must be purchased in advance.
