Rolando Park is celebrating our designation as a Banner District and installation of banners on University and College Avenues in our neighborhood. Sample foods from our local restaurants. Banners funded by the City of San Diego Small Business Enhancement Program and the celebration partially funded by a Walmart Community Grant.
