Four courses of fare incorporating Cyclops Farms’ seasonal produce and paired with cocktails using Blue Ridge 4-Grain Whiskey, Old Ironsides Single Malt, Gin, and Spiced Rum from Liberty Call Distilling – all crafted by head bartender Albert Allison. Farm-to-table chef Miguel Valdez of the future Liberty Call Distilling Kitchen will create the evening’s menu. Liberty Call Distilling’s founder and President of the San Diego Distillers Guild, Bill Rogers, will guest host and provide inspiring insight into the world of craft spirits. Cyclops Farms is a local, sustainable farm located in Oceanside that specializes in growing organic, non-GMO fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers.
