The Joint Women’s Leadership Symposium is an annual symposium and the largest gathering of women in uniform in the nation. Hosted by the Sea Service Leadership Association, the symposium has become a preeminent professional development event dedicated to providing women serving in the Department of Defense and Coast Guard -- civilian, officer, enlisted, and cadets. This year’s theme will focus on “The Power Within You” and will feature discussion forums, Q & A panels, practical workshops, and speaker spotlights.
