Kids Like Clay is an after school program at 8 San Diego elementary schools during the regular school year. Owner, Douglas Kenney is offering a Saturday morning class 9:00 - 10:30 on July 7, and July 14. Kids can choose to use a pottery wheel or to hand build ceramic pieces. Class prices includes: clay, glazes, firing, tool use. Douglas Kenney earned an MFA degree in ceramics from RIT School for American Craft and has worked with clay for nearly four decades.
