Fish & Game: Tequila-Pairing Dinner
If you’re like us, we’re more into indulgence and adventure than setting silly resolutions. So while others are staying dry or searching for a deal during restaurant week, join us for two high-end tequila-paired dining experiences with the culinary teams of Herb & Wood and Farmer & The Seahorse.
The evening will begin with tray passed appetizers and refreshing tequila cocktails, followed by a “Fish and Game” celebration where you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully crafted four-course pairing dinner prepared by chefs Brian Malarkey, Shane McIntyre, Jason Gethin, and Adrian Mendoza. Tequila will be front and center as we feature the premium brands Casa Noble and Arette, curated by Certified Catador and Food & Beverage Director, Chris Simmons.
Wednesday, January 24, meet Casa Noble Founder and CEO Pepe Hermosillo and taste his small batch, certified organic tequila paired with seafood-forward dishes sourced from Catalina Offshores, including citrus poached prawns with roasted sunchoke, watercress, pickled mustard, and sea beans.
Thursday, January 25, join Eduardo Orendain as his family’s artisanal tequila, Arette, is paired with a selection of unique meats such as rabbit, foie gras rillette, and wild boar.
