Dress up in your favorite Mardi Gras attire and come out to AleSmith to feast, dance, and drink the evening away. LouZiana food will be providing the authentic eats while local band Finnegan Blue kicks out the jams for this exciting night. Finally, AleSmith will be breaking out a new “Hurricane” Tart Lil’ Devil to round out the merriment. Hailing from deep in Southern Louisiana, owner Pete Terrebonne will be sharing cuisine inspired by roots his back in Cajun Country. The dinner will be served buffet style and will feature some of the creole classics we all love. We will also be selecting four beers specifically to pair with the dinner, including a new Dopplebock brewed especially for this event.
