The Gaslamp Museum’s History Talks! lecture series continues with a look at how Federal Tax incentives for historic preservation helped to kick-start the redevelopment efforts of the Gaslamp Quarter. Marie Burke Lia, land use attorney, will give a first-person account of how tax incentives helped to shape and preserve the Gaslamp Quarter into what it is today.
