Sunset, Wine & Cheese
Next Level Sailing invites you to climb aboard Yacht America for a sunset wine and cheese harbor tour.
America is one of the most beautiful racing yachts in the world. In fact, the prestigious America's Cup sailing race is named after this boat, not this country! While the original was destroyed in World War II, this near-perfect replica is a site to behold and the most spectacular way to sail around San Diego harbor.
Our expert cheese monger will share some of our favorite wine and cheese pairings while you soak in the surroundings and enjoy what we hope is a spectacular sunset. Soak up the wine, the curd, the sun and the scene on this casual Sunday evening adventure.
PARKING NOTES: There is metered parking at the museum available for 3 hours and enforced until 8:00 PM. If you have a Handicap Parking Permit, the metered parking is free and there is no time limit. Free public parking is available on Pacific Highway (one block to the east), Grape Street or Hawthorne. Paid parking lots are available, the closest is on Ash Street. The following app, www.parkme.com is very helpful. Uber and Lyft are recommended options.
