Top U.S. rodeo contestants compete in the seven events: Bull Riding, Bronc Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Team Roping, Steer Wrestling, Tie Down Roping, and Barrel Racing. Lakeside's famous Kids Stick Horse Race is featured at each performance. PRCA announcer Don Jesser calls the action from the arena, along with the antics of America's favorite rodeo clown Kevin Higley.
Proceeds benefit the Youth of Lakeside through education, the arts, sports. 54th annual event, hosted by non profit El Capitan Stadium Association and sanctioned by the Professional Cowboys Rodeo Association and the Womens Professional Rodeo Association.
