One Year Anniversary Pastrami Party

Taking place Wednesday, April 4 through Friday, April 6, San Diego eatery Carve celebrates its one year anniversary with an over-the-top Pastrami Party featuring a limited edition sandwich, specially priced menu favorites, free house sodas and giveaways of more than $100 in Carve gift cards and gear! To kick things off, Carve will debut a limited edition ‘Strami on Rye sandwich piled with Carve’s house smoked pastrami, sauerkraut, Dijon mustard and pickles on grilled New York Rye. This item will be available throughout Carve’s anniversary week and may be paired with any craft beer for an additional five dollars between April 4 and 6. During these days Carve will also offer its signature ‘Strami Tacos at $2.50 each. House favorites, which include Carve ‘Strami Fries and two more varieties of sandwiches with hickory smoked beef brisket pastrami will also be available, alongside the full breakfast and lunch menus. Walk-ins are welcome. Free house sodas will also be offered April 4 through April 6 from noon to 1 p.m. with any meal purchase. Discover novel flavors like Hibiscus Sparkling Soda, Sparkling Mango Lemonade or Chai Tea Fizz, a unique carbonated version of a chai latte. About Carve: Opened in Spring 2017, Carve boasts a modern design, communal tables and an outdoor patio where neighbors gather to enjoy breakfast and lunch served in fine-casual style. On weekdays, Carve opens at 8 a.m. to offer breakfast sandwiches on fresh ciabatta; maple glazed bacon; avocado toast; pastrami scrambles and Café Moto coffees. Carve’s lunch menu focuses on quality meats and fresh fare via indulgent sandwiches, Carve ‘Strami Fries, seasonal salads, grilled steak and catch-of-the- day plates and more.
