Join San Diego Police Chief Shelley Zimmerman and “America's Finest” officers for the 6th annual event. Produced by the San Diego Police Foundation, which works to ensure that those who protect and serve have what they need to do their jobs safely and with excellence. Community support of the Police Foundation helps provide the funding for equipment, training, and outreach programs
The charitable focus of this year’s gala is the K9 Crimefighter Campaign which funds all the new police dogs for the K9 Unit as well as equipment and training. Dinner and dancing soirée with a jazz-era vibe and the theme of Rhapsody in Blue. Barbie and Dan Spinazzola return as Gala Chairs for the third year, Jenny Craig is Honorary Chair, and the Guest of Honor is Chief Shelley Zimmerman.
