Four locally sourced ferments, ranging from housemade sriracha to fermented garlic and pickled dragon fruit. White Labs is teaming up with Executive Chef Chuy of The Good Seed Food Company, who will lend his culinary expertise to deliver one-of-a-kind, locally grown ferments. Joined by White Labs Education and Engagement Curator Erik Fowler, Chef Chuy will help lead a 90-minute classroom-style discussion that covers a farm-to-table approach of fermenting foods. These creations will be paired with five White Labs beers, some of which have been brewed with their own fermented foods like coffee, chocolate, and vanilla.
