11th annual Spring Valley Library Fiesta, a celebration of Latino Heritage Month, with performances by Danza Azteca Calpulli Mexihca of San Diego and Mariachi Del Pacifico. Attendees can also enjoy a performance by La Rondalla and children can participate in crafts and face painting. Community information booths will offer a variety of informational handouts and other resources. The library will have free opportunity drawings throughout the event.
