Discover Pacific Beach is kicking off the festivities for Pacific Beachfest with an exclusive beer competition for San Diego Craft breweries. The Best in Show competition features celebrity judges, awards for Judges Choice, and a People’s Choice Award. Each brewery will showcase their finest lager.
Tickets for this event include beer tasters at all participating breweries and a chance to vote for the People's Choice Award. There will be music, food available for purchase, and a sneak peek at the San Diego Craft Beer Garden for the following day’s Pacific Beachfest on Saturday, October 7. The winners for the Beachfest Beer Cup will be announced on Friday Night and featured as beer of the month in restaurants throughout PB.
