Trey Foshee, of La Jolla’s George’s at the Cove and Galaxy Taco, hosts a special dinner event in honor of Dia de los Muertos (“Day of the Dead”) at Galaxy Taco, his modern Mexican eatery. A celebrated local chef will prepare each of the six courses.
