Pet Beach Day was born to reduce the population of street animals and stop animal shelter pet sacrifices. Along with a beach Walk/Trot/Run, there will be veterinarians on hand for vaccines, spay and neuter opportunities, rescue organizations, an adoption parade, live music, a dog obedience demonstration, and a best dressed competition. On the beach just north of the pier.
