Join Cucina Migrante’s Sicilian chef Francesco for an intimate farm-to-fork creative cooking class, inspired by the Mediterranean diet, noted for being one of the healthiest in the world. In this interactive and spontaneous class you will have the opportunity to accompany the chef to the farmer’s market and learn how pick out the best and freshest ingredients for the dishes. The class regroups in the chef’s kitchen to cook three improvised meals from scratch with all the goodies from the market.
Menu consists of made-from-scratch dishes improvised by the chef depending on the ingredients found at the farmers market. During the class, you will learn how to make tree dishes (one appetizer and two main courses) plus some secrets for improving your performance in the kitchen.
