Allie Decock, brand ambassador for Moet & Chandon and Dom Perignon and Chef Jason Knibb of Nine-Ten Restaurant and Bar will join forces with Culinary Director and partner Trey Foshee and Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Bautista. Together they'll prepare a four-course menu featuring six hand-selected champagnes from Moët & Chandon and Dom Pérignon. Guests will have the opportunity to meet and greet with the chefs and learn about the menu and the pairings.
