Celebrate Father’s Day with a manly Wagyu Tasting Dinner at the Grant Grill and indulge in a multi-course dinner featuring several dishes made with the most-desired, highest quality beef available today. This four-course meal prepared by chef (and fellow father) Mark Kropczynski begins with a Wagyu slider amuse bouche, followed by a Wagyu beef consommé, made with cepes and a foie gras mousse; pan-seared Japanese Wagyu A5 New York steak served with farmer's market vegetables seasoned with sea salt and garnished with smoked torpedo onions; and ends with summer stone fruit and Wagyu yorkshire pudding, with stone fruit compote.
