Join Cucina Migrante’s Sicilian chef Francesco for an intimate farm-to-fork creative cooking class, inspired by the Mediterranean diet, noted for being one of the healthiest in the world. In this interactive and spontaneous class you will have the opportunity to accompany the chef to the farmer’s market and learn how pick out the best and freshest ingredients for the dishes. The class regroups in the chef’s kitchen to cook three improvised meals from scratch with all the goodies from the market. You will learn the fundamentals of creating simple dishes with a few fresh and seasonal ingredients. Wine pairings will be offered with every dish.
