Chocolate Making
Celebrate California citrus with a summery chocolate making class. Learn the art of making flavored chocolates and bark over the course of nearly two hours, during which students create nearly 1.5 pounds of confections.
During July’s class, students will play with guest-favorite flavors such as salted caramel and locally sourced honeys alongside house-made citrus flavors made by chocolatier Michelle Lomelin, including honeyed orange ganache and Meyer lemon caramel. Students will also peruse more than a dozen ingredients as they personalize a chocolate bark with options including candied orange and lemon peels, crystallized lime, and crushed Lemonheads alongside savory pretzels, potato chips, nuts, and more. Adult individuals and parent-child teams are welcome to attend.
