Billed as a stand-up comedy routine about being a middle-aged teenager, as performed by Dixie Lee Mills, Adolescence 2.0 entertains. Her publicity warns audiences that she can be vulgar and crude, since her comedy is based largely on sexual themes. However, this reviewer did not find it offensive, even though masturbation, sexual intercourse, and sexual body image were among the subject matter. The reason: she does not come off as sleazy or slutty. Her delivery is matter-of-fact; she just relates her experiences as though talking to girlfriends. The piece isn't always funny. But as a raconteur, her performance is engaging -- a pleasant way to spend an hour hanging out with a fum-loving gal. Worth watching.
