Experience the power of using your own voice as a tool for meditation, self-healing, and deep connection with self and others. We will begin with exercises to prepare mind and body for the deep listening required in the practice of call and response vocal meditation, eventually transitioning into group song and chanting. $10-$20 sliding scale.
