Piano/cello duo Ines Irawati and Sophie Webber will perform works by Schumann, Bach, Paganini, Fauré, Saint-Saëns, Wagner/Liszt, Manuel de Falla, and Liszt. Webber, who performs regularly in solo and chamber music settings in the USA and Great Britain, recently relocated to the San Diego area. Indonesian born pianist Irawati, who has won numerous top awards, has performed in venues such as Severance Hall and Carnegie Hall. The performance will be in the 2nd floor community room of the library. This concert is part of a series of classical music presentations by the RB Friends of the Library, for the cultural and musical benefit of the public. There is no charge for this concert; free-will donations for musicians are encouraged.
