This three-course menu is designed by Executive Chef Michael Poompan and Chef de Cuisine Aaron Obregon and features the best of California’s produce and sustainable California-Baja seafood. Live music throughout the evening. Start with an Amuse Bouche and then select from a Seafood Pozole or a Mushroom and Squash Blossom Quesadilla. For the main course, choose from a Local Fish and Uni Chowder, Coconut Duck Carnitas, and Oaxaca Steak. For couples seeking the ultimate New Years dish, upgrade to the Tomahawk Steak.
