New Year's Eve Celebratory Dinner & Entertainment
A five-course dinner will be prepared by Executive Chef Nathan Lingle. First Course is a choice of Smoked Trout, Chicken Liver Pate on toast or Uni with caviar on brioche. Second Course brings Burrata on rye, Octopus with Alaskan potato or Beef Tartare. For the Third Course guests will select from Risotto with lobster, Tagliatelle with lobster mushroom or Ravioli with truffle. The Fourth Course offers Scallop with cauliflower, Opah with forbidden rice, Lamb Chop and Jerusalem artichoke, Wagyu Beef with potato and asparagus or Polenta with butternut squash. And, luscious Desserts options are Champagne Poached Pear with cardamom panna cotta, Dark Chocolate Macaron with chocolate mousse or Hazelnut Japonaise with mousseline. Following dinner, guests are invited to head to the Living Room for live entertainment from the David Shyde Band from 5 to 8 p.m., as well as late night sounds by DJ Gabe Vega from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. to ring in the new year.
