Local artist Gerri Brech will guide students through the process of preparing, folding, and decorating your own folded book. She will also discuss other folded book patterns and show you everything you need to complete your first altered or folded book. The actual book folding will take more than two hours but you will leave with clear directions to complete it on your own. If students wish, they may stay at the library until 7:45 p.m. to continue folding. RSVP: [email protected].
