Second-annual pet-friendly holiday festival benefiting local military families and homeless dogs of Helen Woodward Animal Center. Each military family with a valid military ID will be able to apply for an adoption sponsorship prior to and during the event, and if qualified, will be able to take home their dog from UTHC with no fees.
