Francesco Cavalli composed Giasone for the 1649 Venetian carnival season. Loosely based on Greek mythological themes, it's a witty, exciting comedy focusing on the traps of power, love, and attraction. Stage directed by David Radamés Toro and conducted by Nicholas Kraemer. Come early for food trucks at 6:30pm, and a pre-show talk at 7:15pm.
