Easter Champagne Brunch Buffet
Live music by the Ira Gonzalez Trio and an instrumental jazz trio in the newly restyled Presidential Ballroom with breakfast beginnings, soups, salads, holiday-inspired specialty stations, fresh seafood, prime meats, house-made pastries, and an all-encompassing dessert display, and chef de bar Cory Alberto’s speciality carrot cocktail. Unique standout buffet stations include a breakfast ravioli station with Florentine breakfast ravioli with Mornay sauce, and truffle madeira sauce, or the french toast station offering coffee french toast, walnut, and traditional with assorted syrups and preserves. In addition, interactive children’s activities will be offered, including visits with the Easter Bunny, a photo booth, and kids crafts decorating picture frames for Easter photos.
