Coronado Brewers Dinner
Coronado Brewing is partnering with Flour & Barley Brick Oven Pizza for a month of beer and pizza. Doubling down on the partnership, Flour & Barley and Coronado Brewing will also host a beer dinner during San Diego Beer Week on with head brewer from Coronado Brewing, Ryan Brooks, executive chef Anthony Meidenbauer, and chef de cuisine Crystal Parker of Flour & Barley.
The beer dinner starts with a reception and special pour of Coronado’s limited edition North Island IPA, followed by a four-course dinner featuring a special menu with paired 6 oz pours. The menu will include: Seared Ahi Crudo paired with the Orange Ave.; the Calabrase Pizza (meatball, Italian sausage, prosciutto cotton, mozzarella and chili with salsa verde) with the Stingray IPA; Bucatini all Bolognese (beef and veal argue, basil, and parmesan cheese) with Mermaid Red; and a house-made cannoli with the Dublin Down Irish Stout.
