Join yoga instructor and music therapist Lindsay Zehren for a fun-filled exploration of yoga, music, and storytelling. All children will have the opportunity to express themselves through instrument play, yoga, and singing inspired by stories from around the world. Parents are encouraged to stay after for a chakra exploration workshop.
