Chef Davin Waite of Wrench and Rodent Seabasstropub and chef Miguel Valdez of The Red Door Restaurant & Wine Bar and The Wellington offer a dinner collaboration. Start the evening with sushi and wine inside The Wellington with a side of chef meet and greet, then dinner switches over to The Red Door for entrees and dessert. All three restaurants are committed to local, ethically sourced seafood, meats, and produce and will be serving dishes that showcase these beliefs.
$60 (food only) with the option to add wine pairings for an additional $20. Dinner seating times include 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
