Non-Standard Lit: Paola Capó-García, Ben Doller, and Rod Smith
Paola Capó-García is a poet, reporter, and translator from San Juan, PR, based in San Diego. Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in The Volta, Salt Hill, h_ngm_n, NightBlock, and El Vestíbulo; and her reporting in BOMB, Variety, Remezcla, and ELLE.
Ben Doller is the author of four books of poetry, most recently Fauxhawk, from Wesleyan University Press (2015). With Sandra Doller he has published an experimental-collaborative memoir, The Yesterday Project.
Rod Smith's most recent book is Touché. He is also the author of What's the Deal, Deed, The Good House, Protective Immediacy, and several others. Smith publishes Edge Books and edits the journal Aerial which recently released a volume dedicated to the work of poet Lyn Hejinian.
