Executive chef Trey Foshee and chef de cuisine Jonathan Bautista have planned a holiday three-course dinner featuring dishes such as Chino Farms Butternut Squash Soup with apples and pumpkin seed granola, Niman Ranch Pork Belly with smoked pineapple and pickled onions, and Red Wine Braised Beef Cheeks with potato-horseradish puree and puffed beef tendon.
