The California Center for the Arts, Escondido, in partnership with the North Coast Repertory Theatre, presents the musical tribute to Fats Waller. Staged first at North Coast Rep, all five performers (Cynthia Thomas, Ron Christopher James,, Anise Ritchie, Tony Perry, and Yvonne) are triple-threats, able to sing, dance, and develop Waller and lyricist Andy Razaf's often sly, spunky characters.
