Join us as we explore the essential nature of our energetic bodies. The seven chakras are the centers in our bodies in which energy flows through. Blocked or congested energy in our energy centers can often lead to weakness or illness, so it's important to understand our chakras and the organs, endocrine glands, and emotions that they are connected to. Holistic Health Practitioner Jessica Luibrand will guide us through understanding and supporting our energetic bodies for optimal health and healing.
