After the demonstration, enjoy the dishes with perfectly paired wines. Items on the menu include Jerusalem Artichoke Clam Chowder, Rack of Lamb Renaissance, and Classic Baked Alaska Flambé for dessert. $85 per person including dinner and wine pairings.
