The journey of healing includes the exploration of our emotional, psychological, physical,and spiritual lives. However, an integral part of our health is often left out -- sexuality and sexual identity as women. The absence of the discussion on healthy sexuality is an impediment to sound self-esteem and an integrated sense of self as a woman.
Lara owns Body Mind Wellness, working as a wellness consultant, educator, and licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
