Enjoy a relaxing hatha flow with the cats at The Cat Cafe. Your instructor, Laura McIntire, will lead you in a practice suitable for beginners to advanced yogis. After the practice, interact with the adoptable cats.
A full espresso bar will be available after the practice as well as tea, other drinks, and snacks. Those who wish to enjoy wine after the event can bring a bottle.
