Upcycled Assemblage: The Art of Transforming Trash to Treasure.
Did you know Americans generate over 250 million tons of garbage each year? Three female artists -- Ariane Brittany, Sharon K. Novak, and Linda Soberman -- are creating works of art utilizing materials otherwise destined for the landfill. This year-long exhibition will be showcased at three Hera Hub coworking spaces throughout San Diego County.
Opening reception at Hera Hub Sorrento Valley. Meet the artists, view the exhibit, and enjoy live gypsy music by Bviolin and Mystic Groove. A portion of the sales will be donated to artForm, a nonprofit 501c3 that provides arts education with creative reuse to schools, teachers, and the community.
