A five-course tasting menu featuring executive chef and restauranteur Brian Malarkey’s signature New-American cuisine.
Each course will feature a different preparation of pork, all from different parts of the animal, and will be paired with a distinct pinot noir. The interactive dining event will start with a social, reception-style first course with a charcuterie table and transition to a seated dinner on Searsucker’s outdoor patio.
