The Conference on Labor and Community Solidarity is a gathering of union and community activists to discuss current ideas, directions, and strategies for building the labor movement.
This year's theme is "Labor and Community Fighting Poverty," emphasizing efforts to join labor and community-based organizations to raise the minimum wage and strengthen workers' rights within the workplace. A series of workshops will include how to organize a union, labor and environmental justice, fighting sexual harassment in the workplace, cross-border organizing, and more.
